Event Overview

This event is a surfing competition focused exclusively on aerial performance.

A total of 56 invited surfers from around the world will compete, with judging based on the quality of maneuvers performed in the air.

 

 

About the “McFly” Section

Starting this year, a new artificial wave called “McFly” will be introduced by PerfectSwell®.

This wave has been specially engineered to showcase aerial skills, and was tested in advance by Pedro Barros and Italo Ferreira.

A “Monster Air Award” will be presented to the surfer who delivers the most outstanding aerial maneuver across all divisions.
